Privacy Policy about the processing of personal data pursuant to the previsions of article 13 of the D. Lgs. 30 June 2003 n. 196 (Italian data protection code)

Provided data will be used for the sole purpose of order fulfillment, according to the customer’s specific requests. In case of order to be processed by a third party, only data related to the ordered object will be transmitted, while no personal data will be disclosed.

Personal data will be provided, if required, only with the customer’s prior approval. The approval will be requested by e-mail.

We do not sell, rent or transfer your personal data to third parties.

In case of Club subscription, data are used  by the company for promotional purposes and in order to send letters or e-mails to the address you provided. Related to the above mentioned purposes, your data will be collected on secured systems and will be processed in both paper and electronic formats, duly protected.

In using our website,  you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as stated above.

With reference to the personal data that we may process, we wish to inform you that you are owner of the rights that are indicated at article 7 of  Italian D.Lgs. 196/2003.
